Cucumber Mint Julep


  • 1 oz Horball’s Cucumber Mint Drinking Vinegar
  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • Mint leaves for garnish

We just had to add the cucumber version of our mint julep – it is hot outside and this drink is the most refreshing cocktail in the world. For real.

If you’re feeling nostalgic, go ahead and muddle some mint and simple syrup. Then combine the Bourbon and Horball’s, pack that glass with crushed ice in a julep tin or a rocks glass, and stir WELL until that glass is frosty. Enjoy, rinse, repeat as needed!
