Peach Paloma


  • 2 oz tequila (any age works, use what you love)
  • 1 1/2 oz Horball’s Peach Rosemary drinking vinegar
  • Can of grapefruit soda
  • Grapefruit or peach slices for garnish

This one is simple and ultra refreshing – add the peach rosemary drinking vinegar and the tequila into a tall glass full of ice, stir with a bar spoon, and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit or a few paper-thin peach slices.
