  2. Strawberry Mojito Mocktail


    • 1oz Horballs Strawberry Mint Drinking Vinegar
    • 1oz strawberry puree
    • 1/2oz lime juice
    • 2oz coconut water

    For all your mocktail cravings - we present... the most refreshing mocktail possible. When the ground is lava and your AC is crying, sit down with a pitcher of these.

    Mix everything in a blender, add an equivalent amount of ice, and blend coarsely. Add a sprig of mint  and a sliced strawberry.

  3. Raspberry Summer Mule


    • 1 1/2oz Cultivated Cocktails Asheville Vodka
    • 3/4oz Horballs Raspberry Drinking Vinegar
    • 1/2oz Blackberry syrup
    • Top with Blackberry Ginger beer

    Super simple - add to a copper mug with a healthy dose of ice cubes and give a quick stir. The Blackberry Eldorado Ginger beer from Gingers Revenge is fantastic and we highly suggest you try it in this refreshing cocktail.

  4. Springtime Blues


    • 2oz Shades of Rosé GIn from Cultivated Cocktails Distillery
    • 1/2oz Blueberry Maine Syrup
    • 1/2oz Blueberry Lemon Drinking Vinegar Horballs
    • 1/2oz Lemon Juice
    • 1/2oz Blueberry Fields Sparkling Lemonade Devil’s Foot

    Add all ingredients except sparkling lemonade to the cocktail shaker. Fill halfway with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into stemless martini glass and garnish with a dehydrated lemon.

  5. New Year's Jam


    • 1/2oz Shades of Rosé Gin
    • 1/2oz Elixir Fixer Blackberry Fields Forever Syrup
    • 1/2oz Horballs Blueberry Lemon Drinking Vinegar
    • 1/2oz Lemon Juice
    • 1/2oz Eggwhite
    • 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
    • 1 Barspoon Imiladras Blubeberry Jam

    Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker and dry shake for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds. Strain into glass & garnish with blueberries on cocktail pick.

  6. HB Old Fashioned


    • 2oz bourbon
    • 1/2oz Horball’s blueberry lemon drinking vinegar (modify to taste)
    • 3 dashes Angostura
    • Orange rind or cherry for garnish

    Simple. Easy. Amazing. Not a lot of words need to be said about a good Old Fashioned. Frankly, the only time you should be speaking is to ask for another.

  7. Horballs Shandy


    • 12oz light-er beer – pale ales, blondes, lagers, pilsners
    • 1oz Horball’s strawberry mint drinking vinegar (modify to taste)

    Even if you think this will be a weird flavor combo, give it a try. You'll be pleasantly surprised. Mix to combine the intoxicating frutiness of the strawberry mint drinking vinegar with an ice cold, crisp beer to get a seriously refreshing afternoon beverage.

  8. Bee’s Knees


    • 2 oz gin
    • 1 1/2 oz Horball’s Strawberry Mint drinking vinegar
    • 1/4 oz lemon juice
    • 1/2 oz honey
    • Strawberries and lime wedge for garnish

    Gin and honey are a match made in heaven – mix in a shrub and you’ll never go back to another drink. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing tin, add a glass full of ice, and shake shake shake until the tin frosts over. Pour without straining into a rocks glass and garnish with strawberries and a lime wedge.
