Gin and honey are a match made in heaven – mix in a shrub and you’ll never go back to another drink. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing tin, add a glass full of ice, and shake shake shake until the tin frosts over. Pour without straining into a rocks glass and garnish with strawberries and a lime wedge.
